ThisIsForex is controlled by an Aussie/British partnership of semi-professional forex traders with over 10 years combined forex experience. We have been refining this trading method over a 12 month period and the signals (delivered using Bollinger Bands, moving averages, multiple time frame stochastics, momentum and CCI indicators ) are constantly being refined to give a maximum return with a minimum potential loss. If we consider markets conditions are met, then signals are delivered during the Asian & European trading period (0:00+ GMT). Signals are never delivered after New York opens (14:00 GMT) as this system looks to Asia and Europe for GBP/JPY GBP/USD and EUR/USD's direction. The duration of the trades is anything from 20 minutes in fast moving market conditions to 24 hours if we feel a trend has set in although trades are nearly always closed by 16:00 hours GMT. All trades are monitored very closely for signs of weakening and possible exit though if normal trading conditions prevail, each trade has an initial target of 75% of whats left of the Average Daily Range. In volatile markets, targets are adjusted depending on market conditions. This will frequently mean exiting a trade at profit rather than see the position reverse against the desired direction. Multiple positions are never opened, though positions are sometimes added to if market conditions dictate and we can cover the open with a break even stop. All trades are actively managed and stops and take profit changed accordingly. All recommended trades are taken by the signal providers. * please note - the extreme and very high drawdown trades are not representative of the system. After initial launch market volatility made us rethink our strategy so no signals were delivered for several weeks. We are working towards minimising stop losses and expect drawdowns to be limited to less than 50 pips and 80 pips as an absolute maximum once market conditions become less volatile.
